KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Market the tenant and guest areas to various industry service providers

·         Develop and maintain on-going Tenant Relationships

·         All Leasing Administration

·         Conduct Lease renewals as required

·         Conduct market rent reviews as required

·         Maintain procedures for tenant and screening room billing

·         Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

·         Maintain facilities, on-going review of works required for upkeep of tenancies / buildings

·         Manage facilities used predominately by tenants including Screening Rooms, Banquet Hall and Multi-function Room

·         Conduct bump in / bump outs

·         Maintenance of plan register, incorporating all updates to internal tenancy fit outs

·         Organisation of tenant functions

·         Contracts register maintenance, including offsite registration of all leases.

·         Administration of all compliance requirements (PL certification / BG commitments) for all leasing agreed terms.

·         Maintenance of tenancy visitors system requirements on start up

·         Review of external impacts of leasing in comparative areas

·         Maintain the highest standard of customer service and ensure all service requests are completed in timely manner and in accordance with Tenants requests.

·         Ensure all relevant charges are passed on to the Tenants in accordance with industry standards

·         CAPEX information gathering (quoting) and planning

·         Leasehold improvements schedule maintenance

·         Aim to maximise revenue obtained from Tenant leasing

·         Assist with project management where required if impacting tenanted buildings

·         管理租户访客系统配置

·         比较同行业租赁情况

·         保证客户享受最高水平的服务,要求得到完美及时的解决

·         根据行业标准,保证租户会支付所有应支付的费用

·         汇总(报价)成本支出信息,做出计划

·         租赁改进计划管理

·         获得最大化的租赁收入

·         协助与出租区域有关的项目管理
